Candy Archetype Empty Re: Candy Archetype

Candy Scout would be better if it could SS itself, provide some deck-thin. Aside from that, it's just a little bit of stall. Why is it not searchable by King and Queen?

Candy Knight needs a once per turn clause. Otherwise it can endlessly reveal and boost attack for MAXIMUM DAMAGE.

Candy Wizard looks pretty cool, but I'm not sure if it's a tad overpowered. A +1 in any case, maybe it could lose the equip effect.

Candy King looks OK, but I don't know why you'd want to Tribute it. The only way I see of having it hit the field again is Reproduction. It'll suck big time when you burn through all 3 copies. To be honest, I don't see why the deck would use this over Queen.

Candy Queen looks good, and using Reproduction to SS it seems like a decent way of drawing. This is much better than King. Draw beats burn any day.

Candy Factory is just a nice versatile searcher. Grab any monster or equip, and I say that the restriction of not having any monsters to play it is a good balancing factor that keeps it's playability well.

Power of Candy is good.

Candy Cane is just an average Equip card. :/

Candy Reproduction is fantastic, and quite possibly the best card the Archetype has. Incredibly searchable, and a great way to get through your Queens.

Candy Shield, is another average Equip card.

All in all, they seem fine, they keep their advantage pretty well, and have good elements of both field and hand control. Candy Reproduction, is possibly the best Equip card that could make it to the CCG, it has great synergy with the Archetype and gives the deck it's best plays. Candy Wizard also, looks a very good addition to the deck, as it provides a good stream of S/T control which most decks lack as well as a great search effect. A few are disappointing though, most noticeably Candy King, and one of the few uses for Scout that I can see is to have it stall long enough to get the better cards out, though it's search ability when used in tandem with Reproduction could just make it more worthwhile. Shield and Cane also, could be made just a bit more worthwhile.

And I'm done. Smile

Put a limit on stream, still searching for more creative effects to replace Cane and Shield.
