You can discard 2 Pyro-Types monsters to Special Summon this card from your hand or Graveyard. Once per turn, you can reveal 1 Pyro-Type monster in your hand to Special Summon 1 Pyro-Type monster except "Volcano Controller" from your Deck or Graveyard whose Leven is lower than the revealed monsters

You can only control 1 "Volcano Controller". You can discard 1 Pyro-Types monsters to Special Summon this card from your hand or Graveyard. Once per turn, you can discard 1 Pyro-Type monster in your hand to Special Summon 1 Pyro-Type monster from your Deck or Graveyard whose Level is equal or lower than the discarded monster's Level.

I think it's fine, 2 discards is enough of a cost. 1 discard is too much.
