hard to summon card needed more meat. Can now be Special Summoned by other Volcanic Tarrasques, without the need to run an extra Field Spell along with your main 3 to get it out. Also can protect itself by dropping excessive levels.

I like this, although a little confused by the timing of this sentence:

"If a card effect your opponent controls would affect this card, reduce this card's Level by 4: This card is unaffected by that card's effect(s)"

Can you activate this whenever you want, including against continuous effects? (i.e. Gentleman's Duel)
Or is it just in response to the opponent activating an effect?

So if there would be a continuous effect like Icevale Witch's trying to activate, you can reduce V-Tar's effect by dropping it 4 stars to make it immune. You don't have to activate it constantly.
