I don't know why it has a 1500 LP cost. Would it be okay to waive it?

It treats the card's effect as your own without you paying the cost. Also it includes any targeting.
You get to use Scrap Destruction and only pay 1500 while your opponent gets nothing. It seems plenty powerful.

I realized this card wouldn't work against Depraved Extortion, but it would work against Mortify.
Maybe reduce it to 1000?

I guess so. Maybe the 1500 cost was turning people off for some reason.
