Seemed like good support with Apoxic Encephalopathy, but unfortunately it's original build made it unable to be used.

DEF is change is fine but LP cost stay, then again the effect may as well be 1000 for 1000 for 1000 lol.

So, 1000 DEF, but Pay 1000 to reduce ATK or DEF by 1000?

I said "Effect" Pay  1000 LP to reduce ATK or DEF by 1000 and if you destroy a monster by battle after that, inflict 1000 damage. three 1000s there

I really like irony and I really like this effect. Agree with scheath's revision.
