that's a little confusing, where are the benefits to using this card?

Let's say these are your opponent's 2 turns following each other:
- Turn A (opponent's turn)
- Turn B (opponent's next turn)
During turn A, you activate the card, which means every Summon is also considered being done during your opponent next turn. Eg: If your opponent Normal Summons a monster and Special Summons 2 monster, (s)he cannot Normal Summon during turn B, since a Normal Summon has been considered conducted during that next turn, due to this card. Let's say you activate a card during turn B which, just to have an example, lets you draw a card for every Special Summoned monster this turn, and your opponent Special Summons none, then you still draw 2 cards, since the monsters from turn A were also considered Summoned during turn B.
