August Meeting

We've missed the last few of these haven't we? How does August 20th at 6 PM GMT sound for everyone?

Things to discuss:
-Discuss league
-alternate formats
-new sets made every 2 or 3 months
-How to drive people to duel.

i was going to draw up ideas for a new set now that i'm back, iirc the last one was start of june, so a new set for next month sounds ideal.

i am disappointed that the league never really took off, but just swapping it for tournaments isn't really a fix, since it is a lack of duelling all round that is preventing any form of competition from really concluding.

its nice to have activity but i'd like for people to show some more competitive drive - that is what it takes for a successful tournament. this goes from top to bottom, even i've been less inclined to duel as of late but we all need to really make a combined effort to play. if we don't then all the cards we submit and create are just ideas without form.

So when would you guys think it would be best to do this? The only thing I could have going on this week is lolcals on Monday and something later in the week.

So me and Ash have discussed and we think Tuesday at 6pm GMT would be a good option for all.

If there are any conflicts for you guys let me know and we can arrange a new date/time.
