Chibi Disastrous

I always have to start with my most favorite created card... Was that grammar correct? Lol.
Ignore the Lore on the card itself. There have been a few fixes...
If there is a "Chibi -ous" card in your Graveyard, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand). You can tribute this face-up card: Special Summon 1 "Chibi Disastrous" from your Deck. If you control 3 face-up "Chibi Disastrous"; you can tribute them and pay 1000 Life Points: Special Summon 1 Level 6 or lower Zombie- or Fiend-Type monster from your hand, Deck or Graveyard.
CnC would be nice.

It would be a little easier to tell how balanced it's first effect is based on seeing other Chibi cards 
I like the second effect, but for the third effect I think it would have been better to tribute the three instead of paying life points.

Actually.. you are supposed to do both. Lol. I forgot to add the tributing part.

It would be difficult to get all 3 copies onto the field IMO but seeing that it pays off heavily It's pretty balanced to me

well we don't have much of a IRS version here yet. though i am submitting a somethinh similar but regard to WATER/Aqua-Type monsters anyway, given I have been making a few 3 copies effect cards as well.
atm it would look underwhelming until seeing supports for getting 3 same copies to the fields. it could use Triplet Summon i posted recently but granted you would need to have them all in the hand ofc.
