You cannot special summon a monster the turn you activate this card's effect. Monsters cannot declare an attack and they cannot activate their effect on the field. Monsters face-up on the field cannot be removed from the field by a card effect.

This just seems like.. too much stall. 90% of decks are forced to run ST hate just because if they don't, it's impossible for them to win.
