Cost up and special Snowflake melter are hilarious i would love to use them just to be a dick.

Edit: i realize those 2 might be a tad broken but not sure

Well with S.S. Melter you can't Special Summon Xyz, Ritual, Synchro, Fusion or Nomi Monsters, which isn't that bad compared to automatically negating and destroying them.

Cost up just makes decks that run tons of Level 4 monsters a helluva lot slower.
