Cerberus is pretty strong, the unusual summoning requirements might be enough to balance it out.
Undoer of Creation looks like it belongs in a Nox deck more than a Zombie Moroi deck. I guess that's where the magic of fusion substitutes come into play.
Hydra looks good now. Better than returning 7.
