|Stormy Night Vampire|???|????|Zombie/Effect|Wind|4||1600|1300|When a Zombie-Type monster you control attacks a Defense Position monster: You can banish this card from your Graveyard to target the attacking monster; That target can inflict Piercing damage to your opponent. When an Insect or Zombie-Type monster you control is attacked: You can banish this card from your Graveyard to target the attacking monster; negate that target's attack. The effects of "Stormy Night Vampire" can only be activated once per turn.|

Seems really good, and since it self banishes it can be recovered by the giant menagerie of Zombie support.

yup, a Necro Guard that is reusable but also i make it Wind by concept moreover than anything else.

Make the atk negateing only for Zombies I'd say just to be safe.

The reason Necro was so bad was because of the decks that used it used it way too well. We don't really have that bad of a problem (and not only that we don't have BfaDD) so it's not too bad.

and of course Necro Gardna have no limit to be banished whereas this has a once per turn clause so it can't be abused when it is recycled to the grave. and by limiting to zombie and Insect you mean the attacked target?

we mean by making it so it can only negate arks for Zombies and insects yes.
