seems like a really over-restrictive test tiger

lets face it, you first have to lose a gemini summoned gemini, then to toolbox, you have to tribute itself and another gemini summoned gemini to eventually get one of choice

so you have to go -3 cards, plus work to set up monsters with their effects

card is more or less unplayable.

but isn't here are more Method-wises in gemini summoning than tcg's?

This one is the first idea before i changed it where it's take an unpolished gemini monster and itself to summon a polished one:

Must first be Special Summoned when a Gemini Monster you control treated as an Effect Monster and gained its Effects, is destroyed: You can Special Summon this card from your hand. You can Tribute this card and 1 Gemini Monster you control Treated as a Normal Monster; Special Summon 1 Gemini Monster from your Deck, ignoring its Summoning Conditions, then Normal Summon exactly that monster. The effects of the Gemini Monster Special Summoned by this effect cannot be Negated this turn.|

Bump with change and want to know if it need a once per turn clause in name.

Maybe instead of tributing itself for the effect, you could do "Once per turn, you can tribute 1 Gemini monster....." I really think as a nomi it needs all the help it can get.
