When your opponent declares a Direct Attack: You can Tribute the Attacking Monster; Special Summon this card from your hand to your opponent's Side of the field, Then End the Battle Phase. There can only be 1 "Draphiend, The Hellstyx Assassin" on the field. During each of your End Phases, Tribute 1 monster you control or take 1000 Damage.

Burn-grande

While your opponent controls more monsters than you do, You can Special Summon this card from your hand. When this card is Summoned while your opponent controls 3 or more cards than you do: Special Summon 1 "Blast Flare Token" (FIRE/Pyro/1/0/0). "Blast Flare Tokens" cannot be used as a Tribute or a Synchro Material, and They can't declare an Attack. When a "Blast Flare Token" is destroyed, Destroy 1 card on the field.

First effect seems really confusing in YVD or DP. Does it keep the attribute when it returns to deck? What if you had multiple Martyrs?

So this is essentially a filler for whatever attribute fusion you have. Seems legit. You don't lose any advantage, heck you may gain advantage with Advanced Poly. I like it

Martyr keeps the New Attribute it gains being sent to the grave, Hand, Field, or Banished, but if it gets returned to the Deck, It returns to being a FIRE

If you Fusion Summon an Attribute Fusion that requires 2 Materials using 2 Martyrs, The effects of both of them activates, but since you have 0 Targets, Their effects Disappears and you cannot draw a card for them...

However, Summoning Ancient Shadow of Chaos using Tardis with 2 Martyrs, and 2 other Monsters as Materials Results in a rather Situational +4

For the Advantage part... If you Fusion Summon using it with Tardis and Advanced Poly, You gain Advantage, and Advanced Fusion Art makes it Break Even...

Oh and I would like to note that it's effect does not activate if you Contact Fusion using it

Twilight is good. Cool combos with Tardis, recycling Martyr and using it again

Draphiend is pure win. Reminds me we need more lava golem styled cards.

You said pretty much the same thing about Reaper Possession. With all the fusion support we currently have, I'd say it's OP'd.

Now that I think about it, if i'm gonna make attribute fusions for everything, i agree.

However it is similar to Fusion Redemption.

Here's a suggestion, one monster from either side in any case? Or, make it a normal spell.
