These are all really powerful but the fact of few low level Tengishki monsters balances it out. Only question is, do they get the "If this card is tributed..." effect when tributed from the hand? If So I kind of worry about Tengishki Gale Rasca - rituals are actually good here, and with all those effects firing off the same time it's practically not a cost at all.

it's actually Ten + Gishki = Sky + Ritual. weirdly gishki is a corruption word of Gishiki which i even check on a translator. i have to say really any group of attribute monsters can fit in the archetype name of "gishki" but if they gone with Water attribute, it would be "Umigishki" group of Sea Ritual, for Light it would be Sangishki group of Sun Ritual, or Earth Ritual, "Chigishki", for Darkness Ritual, "Yamigishki"

Chigishki = EARTH
Higishki = FIRE
Sangishki = LIGHT
Tengishki = WIND
Umigishki = WATER
Yamigishki = DARK
Tenraigishki = DIVINE (you would not want to make this... at all xD)

well for Rasca i may nerf it for return to hand effect and change Alector's effect to something else. though their tribute effect are semi-strong but when you ritual summon, most Ritual are 7 and 8 of course. and unless their ritual spell are flexible with level it would be strict to tribute specific allocation of Level.

by a card effect yes. and Ritual Spell are card effects.
