How do you Synchro Summon it?

It's not meant to be in the extra deck for 3 reasons

1: it was made as a normal effect monster only.
2: it was suppose to be discarded from hand which you can't if it's a synchro.
3: it will be hard to summon as a synchro with lack of Level 1-2 Tuner Dinosaur monster.
