Not sure if this is what's meant for this card, but if not it should be:

This card can only be Ritual Summoned by the effect of "Ancient Ritual". You must also remove monster(s) in your Graveyard whose total levels equal 6 or higher. You can Tribute 1 monster to Special Summon 1 level 4 or lower Thunder-type Normal monster from your deck.
