TOONS MY DEAR
|Toonitize|0||Spell Card|Spell||None|||Select 1 monster on the field. Special Summon 1 Toon monster from your Deck with the same Attribute of the selected monster. Then, activate 1 of the following effects:
-Both players draw 1 card.
-Both players discard 1 card.
-Your opponent selects 1 card on the field and destroys it. Then, you draw 2 cards.
-Select 1 Trap card in your Graveyard and Set it.
-Select 1 Spell card in your Graveyard and activate that card's effect as this card's effect.
-Both players select 1 monster with an Ignition effect in their hands and reveal them. Then, activate those effects.
You can discard this card to add 1 "Toonitize 2" from your Deck to your Hand.|
-Both players draw 1 card.

Honestly it could be very OP'ed, But I like it. It would pend on the Toons made

Option #5 and 7 worry me, 5 because reusable spells w/o costs and 7 because deck thinning.

Do we use Exodia in this game or anything that is the equivalent to "If these cards are in your hand you automatically win" or other variants?

not atm. I realized after a few months deck thinning isn't that drastic here So i guess now my views are... only concerned about option #5
