What is "Good" burn?
Because I don't really know. The only suggestion that hasn't been shot down by general YGO communities is OTK burn, because things like Wave-Motion Cannon, Chain Strike, Ceasefire, Just Desserts and many of those cards do not count as good burn.
So, if burn isn't geared towards being capable of doing 8000+ damage in one turn, is it not worth it?

Why don't you go ask yo mama! Ooh, that was a good burn! Nah, but really, I have no idea. I usually have a Stardust out cuz some person decided to Heavy Storm me on turn 1 or 2 EVEN THOUGH I set 2 S/T (one being Starlight Road and the other being Super Poly) while he had none with a Neos Alius/Stratos. If my opp plays burn, I go into herp derp Drago-Equeste and troll them for the rest of the duel.

Well then, LCCG wise, what is a good burn card?
Re: What is "Good" burn?
there is no good burn
there are two regular types of burn
1- chain everything you have to an opponents card and burn the living shit out of them while drawing enough to replace everything you used.
2- stall the shit out of your opponent while chipping away with stuff like magic cylinder
neither are good for the game as they either aim for otk's that are based on your opponent not being allowed to play a card without getting fucked over for doing so, or just stall infinitely until your win condition is reached - which are perhaps the most aggravating and frustrating duels you can possibly play.

I play Relativity Burn - which uses Relativity Field and an assortment of burn cards to simulaneously burn away LP and destroy monsters in battle (which takes away LP too). In my deck burn serves a purpose other than just, burning.
So I guess if you can find burn that isn't a freakin' FTK deck or combined with endless stall, then it's good.

basically yeah
but if it's not geared towards one of the two, it's usually not very playable
