Idea is to Use Erasure as a base card that causes your opponent to mill every time you draw, and with these cards, its easy to draw alot. The Hard part is keeping Erasure out.

I think there's too many loose ends here.

-3 hell hounds - this isn't a burn deck, this is a mill deck.

-3 Archmage Ascension - Sorry, it's just slow and we all run lots of s/t removal... plus after 6 counters there's nothing in this deck that screams "exodia" or anything that you just need to have in your hand, if you know what i mean.

-2 Immoral - good for another deck, but not a mill deck.

-2 Utukku - wouldn't do this deck any good.

-2 Drana, Hearld of the Inferno - Do not beatdown when you can mill.

-3 Honor Tax - you're not going to tribute summon that much.

-1 Gift From Diabolus - you don't want to Lose LP.
+1 Psychoblast - LP gain for your opponent doesn't matter.

+2 Wounded Myr - that card be good.

+3 Halt - your deck is slower, and this is good in it. Also, they'll never attack you directly.

+3 Support Recharge - for if you don't want to deck out. Perfect in this deck.

+ 3 Tsukuyomi - I think you meant to include this

+1 Gunmetal Gatling - you have 2, why not 3?
