I'd neg Hellkite, needs 2 tributes to summon conventionally, which sucks butt when it doesn't help give back any of the advantage lost.

I'd also neg 1-2 Catapult Dragons, it seems to just be filler here. :/

I'd add 2 Flame Wheel, considering there's 10 targets and lets you toolbox Berserker straight from the Deck.

Try a Warphole Dracorian, when it comes to top-decking this thing can be huge and do so much damage.

I'd neg both Liquidations in favour of 2 Hostile Negotiation.

Finally, I think you should take out a Treaty and add a Gift from Diabolus or Depraved Extortion.

Also, (didn't notice them earlier) -2 Dragonic Stream Blast for +1 Armor Leprosy and +1 Twister of Rejection imo.
