Vowing the Will is impossible to play. You draw a card during your Draw Phase and you can activate it starting from your Main Phase.

Quite good, quite good. Already told you about the first one, the second one will be very useful.

yeah Miniature Vortex is pretty useful for those low ATK monsters that are banished via effect or cost.

Wouldn't this loop with self-Special Summoning monsters like Moroi and allow some RFPasRequirement monsters to avoid the effect conditions, like self-removing tuners?
