This is the kind of thing I was leaning towards for Peak - Goetia and Lynx are both Level 1 and help you stick the necessary monsters to the field and in particular Bag O' Bones. Its everything - searchable by Lynx and retrievable by Necromaniac, Lanturn, Egg and Moonlight. Once you get it in the graveyard it is just a matter of piecing the correct cards together. 

Importantly, Bones is a highly retrievable Level 1 Tuner, which can put you in the position of making numerous Synchro's throughout the course of the game. It also aids in making Starborn Sprite accessible in your Extra Deck, which can be put next to a Synchro or Peak to establish a strong field that is hard-pushed to clear. Then if your Sprite dies, you get to re-establish at the very least 1 Level 1 that can assist you in readying a new Peak or Synchro play. It can even pick out Lanturn to recur Peak again.

The best thing though in this Deck is the ability to Main Deck Requiem of Parting. Its one of the strongest Traps in the game but requires some Attribute dedication and grave management to make live - all of which is present, Lynx and Goetia easily put a Light in the Grave to trigger Requiem's cost and it can easily enable momentum swings and protection while you put together plays.

Why the Maiden?

Best standalone Tribute monster, works with Requiem. Easy to summon, retrievable with Lanturn. If you can't get Peak to stick on-field, Maiden and back-up should threaten any deck.

Additionally it + Level 1 Tuner gives you Oil Elemental - Mortify with legs, highly threatening Synchro. And like I mentioned - you can just retrieve Maiden again after anyway and should you get it summoned next to Oil Elemental you should win that game.

Additionally, in the event it might get destroyed in battle - Mutated Corpse revives to chump-block or be used for Synchro's or other plays. You might even get to Tribute Summon Frequency Peak if you get both Corpse's back.
