The top card is better for a lot of reasons. First off, the value you get for discarding the card is a lot more beneficial to you. Albeit, it has an extra restriction, but I would much rather be able to deal with an opponent's boss monster than attack directly.

Also the built in D.D. Warrior Lady and Horn of the Phantom Beast-esque effects are an added bonus.

So yeah Card A.

Card A can take on monster with an ATK up to 2500, just by discarding a Level 4 monster. The drawn card makes up for the discarded one and the destroyed monster doesn't hit the Graveyard.

Card B doesn't seem very useful to me, since the monster will be in Defense Position when you have the upper hand (unless there is another specific reason), in which case you don't really need this card. 2800 damage is nice though. Not sure what "discard from Graveyard' means...
