Would losing a Normal Summon for a turn be worth drawing 2 cards?

So, draw 2 cards in M1, kill a monster in BP, get monster in M2?

This card is also treated as a DARK and LIGHT Monster. During your Main Phase, you can relinquish a Normal Summon; draw 1 card. When this card destroys an opponent's monster in battle, you gain an additional Normal Summon this turn.

Mostly because what stopped it from being good Fiend Support was because it couldn't work in Chaos at all. Now with no extra Black Ante they could try and use this.
