Let's add a Duel Discussion and Request thread

I recommend a categories called "Dueling". Here was have the Discussion thread. This thread is for keeping track of and discussing completed duels. This was we can have a good note of what decks are doing great, what aren't, and what needs done. I feel like there are a lot of duels that happen, and things that are noticed during that duel, that are left unsaid.

We have the Request thread, where members say when they are active and that they wish to have a duel.

Also we can have a seperate thread for tournaments here as well.
