Activate this card when an Xyz Monster declares an attack; negate the attack, and detach all Xyz Materials off that monster; then inflict damage to its controller equal to the amount of Materials detached x 700.

I still don't think I would use this. What if it included non-xyz monsters too:

When a monster declares an attack: Negate the attack and inflict damage to its controller equal to its Level x300. If it is an Xyz monster: Detatch all Xyz materials from it and inflict 700 damage to the opponent for every one.
