Solemn warning can negate 3 different card types with a reliable cost, just saying.

I think Underdark is more comparable to BTH - it doesn't negate the summon.

I was thinking of a BTH variant that could be sided against Banish decks. Since the only way to really hit a Banish deck is by re-graving the cards.
