If it's the opponent's monster, then it's a good card and stuff.

Well tbh when i read, it said when both this card and opposng monster attacked in the same time, destroy this card after battle. Well it pretty much need a ocg fix "After the damage calculation, when this card attacked an opponent's monster; destroy that monster."

It is meant to destroy the opponent's monster. I will edit it when I get home since I am driving home today.
