Pretty cool, love the name. It eats itself up in terms of hand advantage but there are cards to circumvent this.

I think this should be ok... keyword "think"

Special summon 1 level 8 Dragon-type monster from your graveyard. Only 1 "Glorious Descent of the Monochrome Dragon" can be activated per turn.
same as above. It's fine with Monochrome Dragon but future broken combos possible.
