Pop Culture Policy

Since Leo has been unavailable for questioning for like forever, I just took a damn initiative and came up with a simple way to handle Pop Culture cards in the LCCG.
The solution: If a person submits Pop Culture cards, it will be left up to the vote of LCCG Duelers (who actually care about what cards they face against) if they want it in.
Agree/Disagree? Have a better idea? I should ask Leo First? XD
