Icon:Equip
Equip only to a monster your opponent controls. That monster's Level becomes 1 and its ATK and DEF become 0. That monster cannot be destroyed by battle and your opponent takes no Battle Damage from battles including that card. The equipped monster cannot be Tributed or used for the Special Summon of a monster.

I thought it was an interesting card but couldn't find a use for it at the moment.
Do you have any combos for it werelord?

Yes and no.
It's more of what Evanm7 was doing with it.
This card gives you only one opption to get rid of any card equiped with it. [destroy the one of the two cards (Brain of glass or the equiped monster we don't have C.E.Vac Device here in CCG).
But anyways, with what I was saying it can be used for MAJOR STALL for decks like mill and burn this card is easily a staple. Sure the equiped monster keeps it's effect but other than that it's a dead card.
