Death Sentence
Spell/Normal
Pay 500 Life Points and Select 1 Card Zone: During the End Phase of that Card Zone's owner, any cards in the selected Card Zone are destroyed.

Select 1 monster on the field: Double the DEF of that monster.
Phoenix Phalanx

Maybe change it to Face-Up? so the opponent does have a chance to negate it
