Nightmare Elemental
Dark/Fairy/3/?/?
This monster inflicts piercing damage. This monsters ATK and DEF is equal to 200x the number of monster cards in your graveyard. During your Stand-by phase Mill 2.

Chilling Blast
Normal Spell
Both players mill 3 cards. During your Stand-by Phase while this card is in your graveyard you can pay 1000 Life Points to activate it and then banish it.

Natural Selection
Normal Spell
Pay 500 life points to reveal the top 4 cards of your deck. Add 1 monster card revealed to your hand and the rest to your graveyard. You cannot Special Summon a monster on the turn you activate this card. During your Stand-by phase while this card is in your graveyard you can pay 800 Life Points to activate it and then banish it.

Soul Eating Ghoul
Dark/Zombie/7/?/?
This monster can be special summoned from your hand or graveyard by banishing 4 monsters from your graveyard. This cards ATK and DEF are equal to 300x the number of monster cards in your graveyard. Once per turn you can banish one monster in your graveyard to return a spell or trap card from your graveyard to your hand.

Armageddon Forcefield
Field Spell
When an opponents monster declares an attack you can mill cards equal to the opponents monsters level to negate the attack. If you have less than 15 cards in your deck destroy this card.

Graveborn Crab
Beast/Light/3/1200/1400
Twice per turn, when a spell card is activated: target player Mills 2; if a spell card was milled by this effect, add it to its owners hand.

Never Ending Ritual
Continuous Spell
During the turn players Stand-by phase, they must either pay 200 Life Points or Mill 1.

Shadowed Knight
Dark/Warrior/5/?/?
This monster cannot be Special Summoned except by its own effect. When this card is sent from your Deck to the Graveyard Special Summon it. This cards ATK and DEF are equal to the number of monster cards in your graveyard x250.

Ghoul Hound
Dark/Beast/4/?/?
This monsters ATK and DEF are equal to the number of monster cards in your graveyard x200. If this card is sent to the graveyard, you can banish this card instead to search your deck for a monster card and send it to your graveyard.

Dimensional Thrasher
Light/Warrior/6/?/?
This monsters ATK and DEF are equal to the number of monster cards in your graveyard x300. Once per turn you can skip your draw phase to send 1 card from your hand, banished pile, or top of your deck, to the graveyard; this card cannot declare an attack on a turn you activate this effect.

I already reviewed these once before so i'll make it quick

Natural Selection is still overpowered due to being purely a +1 with no real condition or cost.

Graveborn Crab should be twice or thrice per turn.

Rest are fine & cool

It's basically a more limited duality that you can reuse and can be used more than once per turn + not restricting your special summon. need an actual restriction and cost, like sea said

Dark Chaser + shadowed knight is like an almost free rank 5/ 2 beaters out of nowhere.

the rest seems good. but a bit worried about the amount of mill though.
