Pretty cool effect.

The first effect includes any Xyz materials on the field? Or that you control? Cool effects, but seems a little hard to use because you must make room for another Xyz. Maybe boost the ATK to like 2200?

It's a nice card that can have a viable deck around it.

it was actually just this card you suppose to detach from, it was a typo that I just happen to repeat a line more than once time to time,

|Voltage Reproduction|???|????|Target a Normal Summoned Thunder-Type monster you control; Special Summon 1 monster with the same name from your Deck. You cannot conduct your Battle Phase this turn. You cannot activate this card for the rest of the turn that you Special Summoned a monster.| (to clarify this last line, you want to activate this card, you have to activate this card first before you begin SSing any monster otherwise it be locked for a turn.)

Any card that has their effects negated by a card effect and would be sent to the Graveyard, stays on the field instead. Once per turn, during either Players' turn: You can Detach 1 Xyz Material from this card to target 1 face-up card; Negate its Effects Until the End Phase. Also if it a monster, it cannot attack and it cannot be use as a Tribute or a Material for any Summon this turn. This card gains 200 ATK for each face-up cards with effects negated.|
