one important phrase is missing from the card when it's submitted, but i'm not really sure about it, so i made an alternate. please pick one that's suit it best.

that effect basically is almost unusable in the old text. anyway, if anyone else has any other suggestions, please post it here.

I don't think it should be buffed.

well, that's why i'm not sure about it. my intention is that to have the 1st effect usable, since without the missing word, that effect is borderline unusable. heck, that effect at this point can be removed entirely.

Okay now I see it does need one. Not sure when it will be updated to the set or how many people need to agree to it to see a change.
