Toon as a Keyword?
I figured out with some help from card makers from other sites how to solve the different Toon-types and level the amount of space their obscene effects take.
Toon Class A (Blue Eyes Toon Dragon Style)
Toon Class B (Toon Dark Magician Girl Style)
Toon Class C (Toon Cannon Soldier Style)
Examples
Level 8
[Dragon/Toon/Effect] Toon A: When this card is Special Summoned, draw 1 card.
Level 6
[Spellcaster/Toon/Effect Toon B: This card is unaffected by Spell Cards.
Level 4
[Machine/Toon/Effect] Toon C: You can Tribute 1 Monster to inflict 400 damage to the opponent.
Toon Class A (Blue Eyes Toon Dragon Style)
Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Cannot be Special Summoned unless you control a face-up "Toon World". Must first be Special Summoned (from your hand) by Tributing the same number of monsters required for a Tribute Summon. This card cannot attack the turn it is Special Summoned. You must pay 500 Life Points to declare an attack with this monster. If "Toon World" on the field is destroyed, destroy this card. This card can attack your opponent directly, unless they control a Toon monster. If they do control one, this card must target a Toon monster for its attacks.

And then if you lose the reference page to explaine toon a,b,c. You. Have no idea what it means. And also it can be a huge hassle for new members. So in short I'm against this.

Re: Toon as a Keyword?
i'm against this since i don't think toons in lccg should follow the same rules and requirements as those in the tcg
having any that focus on needing the field spell out is bad from a deckbuilders point of view as it forces you to run cards regardless of how well it would work, and all decks would be increasingly linear.
if we were to make toons more generic, with some loosely restrictive toon support, then it would completely nullify the need for any of those toon classifications.
