warden of the oni sets up plays ready to grind via exploiter/deceiver or to start combo'ing through mara or schemer and coupling him alongside forbidden curse is hilarious

deceiver/schemer is a level 7 and either punisher or rainbow tail digs into your deck for extra combo pieces while maintaining huge field presence. protect the punisher is a win condition in itself

using the 1 forbidden curse/3 mara draw engine means i can rip through my deck for the all important uprise, or set up twilight zone plays. can also dump a betrayer to set up more recursion and field presence through twilight.

anubis is a huge boss and late game wraps up wins, or when you start pitching cards for mara/curse/synchs it's easy to drop and reach with all this draw/search power. can be accessed through fiend soldier (schemer+exploiter)

dud capitalises on deceivers utility, manipulating cont. spells and fields for easy pickings, as well as pushing through hostiles/symphony/diabolus etc to enable your plays

malicious spirit is a cute tech and emphasizes the ability to grind through games through mass backrow, also being able to crash->take boss monster x seems pretty legit.

There is very little chance to get out Hell Master Anubis. Your only feasible targets, since optimally speaking would be 3 Level 4+ DARKS are Deceiver and Betrayer.

I say ditch for Pirate's Grotto to search Malevolent Uprise.
