Honestly i think the card is still too weak, since it's once per turn, so you can work aroud it easily. Maybe make it optional as well, so the owner can choose which target is protected?

Oops, I meant to say it was once per turn for each monster. So it can be used multiple times. What about that?

I guess it's better. several decks will welcome the additional survivability. anyways, is there any FLIP effect deck here? it would benefit greatly from this.

Sweet. Yes there is a makeshift FLIP deck, using cards like Gatherer Squid, Nox Exploiter, Cryptophobia and Suantraige.

I quite like that. It's powerful defense but people rarely use defense nowadays so ok.
