Fairly useful and cool. It makes a decktype possible (cram as many Level 3 WIND or DARK monsters in a RFG deck and swarm big monsters), which is awesome. Props

^.^ i tried to make it open ended to other RFG deck types besides ID

I think it would work better in a DARK deck mainly because that's the main RFG-style deck.

I only added WIND because all ID cards are WIND attributes

well it's good that it connects two attributes and WIND and DARK all in one.

4 things to concerns this card outclass Leviair in ways:
1 - it is reusable when it is banished
2 - no level restriction to those SS'able targets
3 - it can use all the materials at once.
4 - having its materials banished will be beneficial to those decks that revolve around banishing and having banished monsters.

the only cons it have are being restricted to WIND and DARK monsters that are level 3s and controlling 1 on the field.

It outclasses Leviair, but it's summoning conditions are tighter.
