Now lets start off with adding some music to this post.
ah now thats a bit better now for the cards.
|Dragon Lord of The x1|XXX|ANV2|Dragon/Effect|Dark|12||5000|4500|This card is treated as a level 20 monster at all times. This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set, this card cannot be Special Summoned except by this cards effect and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. You can Special Summon this card from your hand by banishing 1 level 7 or higher Machine-Type "x1" monster you control and 2 level 4 or lower "x1" monsters from your Graveyard. You can Special Summon this card from you Banished pile by returning Machine-Type "x1" monsters from your Banished Pile to your Deck who's total combind levels equal 16 or more. As long as this card is face-up on the field during your Draw Step before you draw you may add 1 Machine-Type "x1" monster to your hand instead of conducting your regular draw. Once per turn you can discard 1 "x1" monster from your hand and all monsters on the field with a level lower than or equal to the discarded monster are treated as Tuner monster untill the End Phase of this turn. During the End Phase of each players turn you may destroy 1 face-up tuner monster on the field. This card is uneffected by the effects of Tuner and Synchro monsters. If this card would be destroyed you can banish "x1" monsters whos total levels equal 20 or more from your hand, field, and or Graveyard to prevent this cards destruction.|

This card cannot be Special Summoned except by sending 1 Machine-Type monster you control and 1 Machine-Type monster from your hand to the Graveyard when your opponent's monster declares an attack. Once per turn during your Stand by Phase you can send one Machine-Type monster from your deck to the Graveyard to add one Machine-Type monster with a level less than or equal to that of the sent monster from your deck to your hand.|

This card can only be Special Summoned by tributing one "x1" monster you control and 3 Tuner monsters on the field.You can only control one face-up "11 x1". |x1's Decree|XXX|ANV2|Trap Card|Trap||Continuous|||You can only activate this card while you control a face-up "x1" monster. As long as this card is on the field Negate the effects of all Tuner monsters that activate in the hand Graveyard and removed from play pile and destroy them.|

Other sets, sure, but familiarity with the cards will take some time so I can list them (since most of them are 150+ cards, right?)

Yes. Some are only 100 cards so those will be quite easier.
