Once per turn you can tribute one "x1" monster to choose upto 2 cards on the field and destroy them. When this face-up card is destroyed by the effect of a Tuner monster destroy all face-up Tuner monsters on the field.

As long as this card is face-up on the field all non-"x1" monsters in both players hands decks Extra Decks Graveyards and Remove from play piles are treated as Tuner monsters. Once per turn you can remove from play one "x1" card in your hand or Graveyard to negate the Special Summon of a Tuner monster and remove from play that monster and all copys of that monster from the field hand and Graveyard. Once per turn you can select one removed from play monster card and this card gains that cards effect(s) untill the end of your turn then return the selected monster back to the owners deck.

When a level 7 or higher "x1" monster on the field is sent to the Graveyard you can Special Summon this card from your hand. When this card is Special Summoned discard your hand to the Graveyard. For every "x1" monster discarded this way Declare 1 monster name, for the rest of the duel the declared monster is treated as a tuner monster in addition to its other types. You can only control 1 face-up "13 x1"

Effect-When you declare an attack with an "x1" monster you can activate one of the following effects.
* Negate the attack target monsters effect.
* Destroy the attacking monster and Special Summon two monsters with the same level and Attribute as the destroyed monster with their ATK and DEF haved. These monsters cannot be used for a Synchro Summon or declare an ATK this turn.
* If you have activated both of the above effects then you can tribute this card and two "x1" monsters you control to Special Summon one "9 x1" from your hand or Graveyard ignoring the summoning conditions.

Name-Armor of The Savior
Equip Spell
Effect-This card can only be equipped to a face-up "x1" monster you control. The equipped monster is uneffected by Tuner monsters effects. Once per turn during either players turn you can Discard 1 "x1" monster, untill the End of the turn the equipped monster cannot destroyed by the effects of Spell or Trap cards.

Name-The Art of Conversion
Normal Spell
Effect-Reveal 1 "x1" monster in your hand draw 3 cards then activate 1 of the following effects:
*Reveal 3 "x1" monster who's levels are in an asscending order then draw 1 more card.
*Return 2 cards in your hand to your deck [the deck is the shuffled]
*Shuffle your hand into your deck and during your next Draw Phase instead of conducting your normal draw, draw a number of cards equal to the total number of cards returned by this cards effect and you take dammage equal to 500x the number of cards drawn by this cards effect.

Name-x1's Decree
Continuous Trap
Effect-You can only activate this card while you control a face-up "x1" monster. As long as this card is on the field Negate the effects of all Tuner monsters that activate in the hand Graveyard and removed from play pile and destroy them.

Name-x1's Resolve
Continuous Trap
Effect-Activate only when you control a face-up "x1" monster, all non-"x1" monsters on the field are treated as Tuners. During each End Phase you must pay 500 life points or destroy this card.

Name-Retension of the Guilty
Continuous Trap
Effect-You can only activate this card if you control a face-up "x1" monster. During an End Phase in which you do not control a face-up "x1" monster destroy this card. Whenever a player summons a Tuner monster you may banish 1 "x1" monster of the same level from your deck. Whenever a tuner monster is removed from the field you may add 1 banished "x1" card from your remove from game pile to your hand.

13 x1 can be normal summoned with two tributes, right? It's effect seems very underwhelming in comparison to 12 x1's effect which automatically tunerizes monsters, and doesn't require a hand discard.

You can banish Dragon Lords for Dragon Lord's final effect, right? Dragon Lord has a massive amount of effects so it's very hard to parse what situations it is too effective in, really good or lackluster. It can banish a copy of itself to special summon itself too, since it's level 20 right?

Reveal a x1 monster, draw 3 cards, with a possible condition to allow 4 cards to be gained with the first effect. Considering how powerful the x1s are monster-wise, I don't think a draw card of this magnitude would be needed.

x1's Decree creates a scary lockdown, although I'm not sure how far it stretches out since I haven't tested the cards yet.

In general though a ton of these cards are really good for a few reasons:

* Turning the majority of the opponent's cards into Tuner Monsters means they don't have any Non-tuner cards to use in Synchro Summons.
* Their high leveled monsters are somewhat easy to summon, so running a deck where you have 12 or more of them is actually somewhat feasable.


I don't know the extent of their power though just from reading so later on in the future if these are made or tested I can have a better view.

Yes he can be tribute summoned with 2 tributes. The main reason it's effect isn't as powerful as 12 x1 is how easy he can be to summon. Also declareing monster names and making them tuners is a perma effect that doesn't go away until the end of the game.

No you cannot Banish Dragon Lord for Dragon Lord because his effect states Machine-Type "x1" monsters. I made sure you couldn't loop him.

you can activate each of the effects on the card except the final SS effect as many times as you can Atk during that turn, for it states "When you declare an attack with an "x1" monster you can activate one of the following effects."

Well condsidering that 90% of the time you are going to have to activate one of the other effects I do see this as a Balanced cost. Though your concerns are duely noted and if I'm wrong and testing proves otherwise than so be it. But it's just the factor of how rare this is to happen.

This card was ment to get around Effect Viler copies, ID's, and Mezzo's. This is honestly the 3rd oldest card of the x1 set. Also just pointing this out for most people don't know this when a RFGed card is destroyed in the RFG Zone it is sent to the Graveyard unless some card like Marco Cosmos is active.

In general though a ton of these cards are really good for a few reasons:

Well I actually plan to Submit all of these cards ASAP just because these are all of their Boss cards an such. Also x1 were designed to be able to run them all in the same deck and not have an issue. How's that for creative thinking for yah?
