Winged Beast - Fusion / WATER / Level 5 / 2100 / 1900
1 WIND Monster + 1 WATER Monster
When your opponent activates a Spell or Trap card, you can change the battle position of 1 Monster your opponent controls (Flip Effects are not Activated). Its position cannot be changed this turn, except with a card effect. When your opponent activates a Monster Effect, you can reveal and return 1 Spell or Trap card they control to their hand. It cannot be Set, Activated or Discarded until their next End Phase.

Combustion Man
Warrior - Fusion / FIRE / Level 7 / 2400 / 700
1 FIRE Monster + 1 EARTH Monster
When this card inflicts battle damage, you can tribute 1 monster you control that hasn't attacked this turn to destroy 1 monster on the field with less DEF than its ATK.

Ghost Town Outlaw
Zombie - Fusion / WIND / Level 6 / 2000 / 2450
1 WIND Monster + 1 DARK Monster
Once per turn, roll a die, and depending on the result, the following effect is applied until your next Standby Phase:
1 - 2: Negate the effects of all Spell Cards
3 - 4: Negate the effects of all Trap Cards
5 - 6: Negate the effects of all Monsters, except this card.

Maiden from the Surreal City
Fish - Fusion / LIGHT / Level 4 / 0 / 0
1 WATER Monster + 1 LIGHT Monster
When this card is summoned, select 2 Face-Down Spell or Trap cards on the field. While this card remains face-up on the field, they cannot be activated. If this card would be destroyed by battle, you can destroy one of those Spell or Trap cards instead. Each time you use this effect, this card gains 1000 ATK.

When an attacking monster you control is destroyed in battle, destroy the opponent's monster that destroyed it, and inflict damage equal to the ATK of the opponent's destroyed monster.

Beast-Warrior - Fusion / DARK / Level 6 / 2250 / 1200
1 WATER Monster + 1 DARK Monster
If a monster is Special Summoned, it is set into Face-Down Defense Position. Your opponent cannot summon or activate a card if they have a banished card of the same name.

Vigorpollen Dogwood
Plant - Fusion / EARTH / Level 7 / 0 / 3000
1 EARTH Monster + 1 DARK Monster
During the beginning of the Damage Step, if another monster you control battles an opponent's monster, you can decrease the DEF of this card in multiples of 100 (Max: 1000) to decrease the ATK of their monster by the same amount, until the end of the Damage Step. This card's DEF becomes 3000 during the End Phase.

Ghost Town Outlaw (Don't like it's Dice effect, I think what it negates should be decided by, like the fusion materials so you have more control over it or something)

Vigorpollen seems like a nice Honest-hybrid, and would use it if EARTH/DARK had more synergy.

I can understand that, I just thought it would be a cool effect and didn't have better ideas

True... well there's always fusion substitutes in case
