Hybrids are INHs creation, not mine, so if the concept is broken, blame him, not me. Ill basically copy and paste how Hybrids work

Hybrid cards are monsters, but used a little bit differently than normal ones. Instead of being summoned normally to your monster card zone, they're place in the S/T zone. You can however place them in your monster card zone by activating the requirement on the card (The requirement can only be activated on the Field, NO WHERE ELSE!!!!!!!!!1!!111111). They can be Summoned during either player's Main Phase, but you can only Summon up to 2 a turn. You cannot Synchro, or Xyz Summon until your next End Phase after they're Summoned, unless the card states otherwise. Tribute Summons are fair game. If you flip a Hybrid monster face-up, it is sent directly to the s/t zone. The same idea applies to Special Summons.
Since he isn't here, Im going to make a small change to help balance. instead of summoning them during either player's main phase, it's only your Main Phase.

So here is some Hybrids and support.

Thunder Breaker
Level: 4 Attribute: Light
Type: Thunder/Hybrid/Effect
Attack: 1500 Defense: 1200
You can discard 2 cards in your Hand to Place this card in your Monster Card Zone. While this card is face-up in your Monster Card Zone, it gains the following effects: Once per turn, flip a coin. If heads, destroy 1 monster on the Field. If tails, destroy 1 Spell, or Trap card on the Field. When this card is destroyed, pay 1000 Life Points and Special Summon 1 Level-4 or lower monster in your Deck.

Chaos Paladin
Level: 2 Attribute: Light
Type: Spellcaster/Hybrid/Effect
Attack: 400 Defense: 150
You can banish 1 LIGHT monster in your Deck to Place this card in your Monster Card Zone. While this card is face-up in your Monster Card Zone, it gains the following effect: Each time you banish a LIGHT, or DARK monster, inflict 500 damage to your opponent's Life Points.

Midnight Wyvern
Level: 4 Attribute: Dark
Type: Dragon/Hybrid/Effect
Attack: 1700 Defense: 0
You can Pay 700 Life Points to Place this card in your Monster Card Zone. While this card is face-up on the Field, it gains the following effects: When this card is Placed in your Monster Card Zone, select 1 Hybrid Monster in your Deck and add it to your Hand. Each time you Hybrid Summon a monster, pay 600 Life Points and destroy 1 card on the Field.

Hill Billy Jimmy
Level: 3 Attribute: Earth
Type: Warrior/Hybrid/Effect
Attack: 1000 Defense: 1000
You can return 1 Hybrid Monster in your Hand to the top of your Deck to Place this card in your Monster Card Zone. While this card is face-up in your Monster Card Zone, it gains the following effects: When this card declares an attack, pay 600 Life Points and draw 1 card. Once per turn, select 1 Hybrid monster in your Deck and add it to your Hand.

Mighty Man
Level: 4 Attribute: Earth
Type: Warrior/Tuner/Effect
Attack: 1850 Defense: 150
When this card is Summoned while you control a Hybrid Monster, destroy 1 cad on the Field. When you Hybrid Summon a card, you can Synchro Summon a Level-7 Synchro Monster this turn.

Solar Galaxy Kitten
Level: 2 Attribute: Fire
Type: Beast/Effect
When you Hybrid Summon a monster, you can Special Summon this card from your Hand. When you Hybrid Summon a monster while this card is face-up on the Field, you can Xyz Summon a monster this turn. You can only activate the effect of "Solar Galaxy Kitten" once per turn.

Hybrid Engine
Spell Card
Select 1 Level-4 or lower Hybrid monster in your Deck. Activate it's requirement and Place it in your Monster Card Zone. This Summon is treated as a Hybrid Summon

Switch Up
Spell Card
Return 1 Hybrid card on the Field to your Deck. Place 1 Hybrid monster in your Deck with a lower Level and different name in your Spell/Trap card Zone.

Curse of Hybrids
Continuous Spell Card
Each time you Hybrid Summon a card, you can discard 1 card in your Hand to inflict 800 damage to your opponent. Each time a Hybrid monster is removed from the Field, increase your Life Points by 200

Not making any traps because this is an extremely trap heavy meta.
