Def: 3000
If the total level of all monsters your opponent controls is greater than or equal to the level of this card, by tributing 1 Aqua-type monster, you can special summon this card from your hand or graveyard. If you choose graveyard, you must also discard 1 card from your hand.
It's a bit useless, to be frank. Revival is cool and all, but with a requirement and a discard thrown on it, it becomes a lot less powerful.

With the second one, you can tribute a "Field" Ice Portrait for a "Grave" Ice Portrait, and "Field" Ice Portrait for "Grave" Ice Portrait, and then "Field" Ice Portrait for "Grave" Ice Portrait etc.
I would go with the 2nd one.

That was going to be my original choice but then I thought about what would happen to this card if we ever got a tree bourne frog type monster or something like Immortal Bushi. then every turn you get a 3000 def monster for nothing pretty much.
