Extremely Powerful, and Extremely Unused (Do they exist?)

In the CCG anyway.

Are there any cards that fit the criteria that people don't use?

I've wanted to abuse this one for some time:

Foreseer of Fusion
Attrib: Earth
Type: Psychic/Effect
Level:4
Atk: 1000
Def: 1000
When this card is Normal Summoned or Flip Summoned, you can select 1 Fusion Monster Card in your Extra deck or 1 Fusion Monster Material from your hand and add one of the Fusion Materials for the selected Fusion Monster.

May not seem like much, but since we have fusions for all 6 attributes, you can search any monster.

that actually reminds me of a discussion I was going to start concerning the Metagame of the LCCG. Say somebody does actually go about making a reasonably powerful deck that doesn't use broken OTK combos or overpowered cards, but presumes to be able to handle and properly win against other deck combinations placed against it, and has reached a state of 100% proficiency and deckflow.

Will said decks like these be subjected to being picked apart the banlist for being too efficient or too well-made?

100% Proficiency and Deckflow, not using OP'd cards, and good matchups against most any other deck? Seems like it can only exist in hypotheticals, IMO.

I think it would be case by case. Cards are banned / nerfed usually because other decks cannot handle them. Consistent decks may or may not contribute to this.

if there's a good card, it certainly isn't unused. we have a lot of good, innovative players. if there's something that looks even half-good, you can bet at least one of us has made use of it.
