Quick Play Spell
Select 1 monster your opponent controls. Special Summon 1 "Doppelganger Token" with the same original Level, Type, Attribute, ATK, and DEF as the selected monster. The selected monster cannot attack or change its battle position as long as the token is still on the field. Any Battle Damage either player takes from a battle involving the token becomes 0. When the token leaves the field, destroy the selected monster.

I just think it has too many combos and advantage rearing. During opponent's turn copy attacking monster and negate attack, tribute next turn to destroy it. Or just use that during your turn. This way, the card can't be used during their turn and still allows you to tribute it for something, but not at the expense of their monster.

Although I do agree with the fix. At least it can still be used for sycnh/tribute or just to ram for a very basic 1-for-1. /ok
