Fair effect. A good addition to many Plant decks.

Nice! A creative boost to Rituals. I like how you can chain it to a destruction effect.

Cool for monster heavy decks. It's unpredictable but can really explode in the right deck, and the reusability really helps.

Wow. Awesomely creative effect. I like the potential for NS and SS triggered effects. They are also so different from each other but also remind me of Hypnosis in a way..

IMO, no set is complete without at least 1 WATER monster. Smile The potential ATK range fits nicely into the cost of summoning the monster. Also kind of like WATER... builds in power as the duel progresses, but the last effect will put a stop to speedy removal. Just don't forget the last | character at the end of the YVD coding!

Hmm, it will equal a surefire battlephase negation and possibly provide a synchro without much of the risk... Idk if that makes it OP'd or if it's just fine. Anyway the card is creative.

I don't know what it is about "Level equal to or less" effects that i just really like, but yeah. I just reaalllly like it. Very Happy Very creative. Bon Travail!

Well, that's an interesting way to summon it...Obviously good combo with Straw-Berry if you have another plant waiting in the wings.

Kewl. I could see this in some sort of control deck. You might even want to boost the number of barrier counters up to 4? Smile
