|Tartarus, the Tower of Demise|???|????|Spell Card|Spell||Field|||Each time the turn count is moved forward: Place 1 Demise Counter on this card. During each of your Draw Phases: Send the top card of your Deck to the Graveyard. If you cannot: Destroy this card. While this card is face-up, all monsters’ names you control are treated as “Shadow” and they become DARK Fiend-Type monster. During the End Phase of the turn that this card is sent to the Graveyard: You can pay 800 Life Points to activate it to the Field from your Graveyard, then skip your next Draw Phase and if you do, place a number of Demise Counters on this card equal to the amount that were on this card when it was sent to the graveyard.|

|Blue Waitress of the Tome|???|????|Spellcaster/Tuner/Effect|Dark|3||300|800|This card is unaffected by a card effect that change name, Type or Attribute of a monster. When this card is Normal Summoned or Special Summoned and you control no other monsters: your opponent can Special Summon 1 monster from their Graveyard and it cannot leaves the field until End Phase; Specials Summoned 1 level 4 or lower monster from your Graveyard to your side of the field. That monster's effect(s) is negated and it cannot attack. If this card is sent to the Graveyard: move forwards the Turn Counts by 3 then the Turn Counts doesn't move forward for 1 turn.|

|Old Man of Dream and Reality|???|????|Spellcaster/Tuner/Effect|Dark|3||300|1800|This card is unaffected by a card effect that change name, Type or Attribute of a monster. While this card is face-up on the field; the Turn Counts doesn't move forward. once per turn: pay 300 and move the Turn counts forward by 1; Special Summon a "Dream Sprite Token" (Fiend-Type/DARK/Level 1/ATK 0/DEF 0/).|

|Guardian of Demise|???|????|Fiend/Effect|Dark|4||500|2000|This card is unaffected by a card effect that change name, Type or Attribute of a monster. When this card leave the field by a card effect: target 1 card your opponent control; destroy it. If the destroyed card is a Monster Card: move the turn count forwards equal to the level of the Monster Card.|

|Meta-Morphing Form Host|???|????|Spellcaster/Effect|Earth|4||1200|800|Cannot be Special Summoned (from your Deck or Hand.) If this card's name is changed by a card effect: this card gain 300 ATK and DEF. If the attribute of this card is changed by a card effect: this card is not destroyed by a monster with the same Attribute as the new Attribute of this card. If the type of this card is changed by a card effect: this card gain 300 ATK and it can attack twice in the Same battle Phase.|

|Nameless Brandier|???|????|Warrior/Effect|Dark|3||1400|900|If this card's name is changed by a card effect: select 1 of the following effect(s) -:this card can attack directly. -:This card can destroy a defense position monster without Damage Calculation. -: When this battle with another monster: this card gains ATK equal to half the DEF of that monster.|

|Nyx, the Fall||???|????|Fiend/Effect|Dark|12||?|?|Cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. Must first be Special Special Summoned while “Tartarus, the Tower of Demise” is on the field with 13 or more Demise Counter and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways except by its own effect. This card is unaffected by the effect of "Tartarus, the Tower of Demise". When this card is Special Summoned, send all other monsters on the field to the Graveyard. This card gains 400 ATK and DEF times the number of turns that have been passed. When this card declare an attack: that attack cannot be negated. Once per turn: you can remove 6 Demise Counters from a "Tartarus, the Tower of Demise" you control: negate an effect of a Spell, Trap, Spell/Trap effect or Effect Monster's and destroy it; move forward the Turn Count by 1.|

|Draws of the Dark Hour|Spell Card|Spell|||||Activate only when you control a face-up "Tartarus, the Tower of Demise". Remove 4 Demise Counters: draw 2 cards. If you draw a Spell Card: you can Reveal it: remove a Demise Counter from "Tartarus, the Tower of Demise". If you do: durning your next Draw Phase; the top card of your Deck that would be sent to the Graveyard by the effect of "Tartarus, the Tower of Demise" is added to your hand. Banish this card after activation.|

|Regeneration of the Dark Hour|???|????|Trap Card|Trap||Continuous|||If this card would be targeted by a card effect: you can remove 3 Demise counters from a face-up "Tartarus, the Tower of Demise" you control. When you take Battle Damage: gain Life points equal to number of Demise counters on "Tartarus, the Tower of Demise" x 400.|

You are using counters as turn counting counters? Why not just use the turn count itself, that way you won't have to clutter cards with counter-space unless needed?

well then the spell and trap card would be kinda too costless if i do that way don't it?
