Set Submissions
OK, as we all know, it's been a pain to get everyone a decent number of submissions and not have a huge set. One that allows the active members to have a good number, as well as allowing newer and inactive members to have a reasonable number of submissions.
So, I've been trying to come up with a fair(-ish) solution. Here it is:
This is irritating. Extra cards allocated to the newcomers if WereLord or Evan doesn't show up in time to submit.
